This year’s raffle prize is a dark cherry red 1968 Pontiac Beaumont convertible, with deep black leather interior.

We have 50,000 tickets, so there is lots of opportunity to enter to win this beautiful car. At only $25, it’s a great deal! Proceeds from the raffle help to cover the Habitat for Humanity Kamloops Society’s operating costs, and also provides us with capital for resources, capacity building and starts us down the path to the development projects that we are in the midst of planning. Habitat Kamloops serves 4 regional districts that takes us from Lumby to Revelstoke to Lillooet to Prince George.

This is the second year of the classic car raffle; the fundraiser is a partnership with the the History Channels Rust Valley Restorers. The Rust Bros team restore the Habitat vehicle on the show. The TV series, which is filmed in Tappen, follows Mike Hall, Avery Shoaf and Connor Charman-Hall as they fix up cars. Last year, they built a 1968 Chevy Camaro SS convertible for Habitat. That car was won by Louise Dagg of Kamloops BC. She was thrilled!

We are very excited to be associated with Rust Valley. We’re thankful for their sponsorship and their participation.

If you’d like to see this year’s convertible in person, it will ll be unveiled in Salmon Arm during a Father’s Day parade.

Raffle tickets can be purchased at the Kamloops Restore located at 1425 Cariboo Place in Kamloops or online at:

The winner will be announced on Dec. 16, 2020 on the Midday Show on CFJC TV.
